All builders in Wimberley Place must submit an application for approval to the Twin Creeks Community Association.  You can download an application here.

Builder Application

Once a builder is approved, they will be listed on the Wimberley Place website.  

There is no time limit on when houses must be started or completed in Phase II.  

  • Yes, Wimberley Place Estates is a neighborhood within Twin Creeks with governing documents referring specifically to the gated neighborhood under the Twin Creeks Community Association. Home designs must be adhere to the Design Guidelines and be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.  You can download a copy of the Design Guidelines here.

Yes, a Builder can buy one or more lots and build a "spec" home or a home for a client.  All the lots are listed on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com and Trulia.
